He is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana; a Chartered Management Accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom; and a seasoned Chartered Economist with the Association of Certified Chartered Economists – Ghana. He holds an MBA from UPSA. Pastor Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast.
